1. Drain the beans. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat all around.
2. Add 600 ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix for Chili con Carne. Add beans and bring everything to boil while stirring. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Wash the spring onion, clean and cut into rings. Arrange chili with sour cream on spring rings.
